It looks like a cross between a Moto Guzzi and a leaf blower.

It's a Harley Mini Bike probably late sixties or early seventies.I think they were called Scats
It is a 125 or 165 Harley Hummer. My first bike was a 1953 165 Harley Hummer. Would love to have another one. I paid $25. I see on EBay they are going for about $4500 to $5000.
