With so many great tattoo artists all over the world, What made you folks pick Nolan? I drive by that ACME tattoo shop every once in a while. Maybe I'll have to check him out sometime.
My first tattoo was with a sewing needle & a bottle of India ink.Not the best idea I ever had, but it worked. This is just about more goverment regulation on an industry that has been around since the beginning of time.Wanted to open a shop in Sandwich but was told it was adult entertainment and not allowed? Well if anyone has ever heard of a topless tattoo artist let me no so I can make an appointment;)
