Happy Holidays!
Sorry for not writing this week but my computer has been infected with a virus! So it at the hospitol right now getting some surgery done.
The Charity bike that Sara Liberte and I are building at the Northeast Motorcycle Expo is coming along. We have a week left to get it all mocked up and painted! That may sound like a short amount of time but in Perewitz time that is a lot!! We got the motor last night from Boston Harley Davidson. Some of the other great contributors are Paughco, Russ Wernimont, Gardner Wescott, Black Bike Wheels, Spyke & Compufire, Barb's Harley Davidson, Duane Ballard Seats, BDL Belt Drives, JayBrake and a few others.
Below are a few pictures of the bike as it sits now. Some lucky person will win this bobber for $10! Make sure to check back for where you can purchase a ticket.

New Partnership
My father and I just had a meeting with "Bruce Rossmeyers" Boston Harley Davidson. We made a lot of exciting connections with the guys from the dealership. We will be working together on the 2 markets of bikers, stock bikers and custom bikers.
There is a lot of potential for both businesses. Also Boston HD has said they will donate the motor for the bike Sara Liberte and myself will be building at the Northeast Expo. I will keep you updated as things start to move!

Louie & Cheech's new yard!
I know this has nothing to do with motorcycle but Kory and I are excited about this.
Kory and I were at a piece of land today doing a percolation test all day. The two of us have decided to buy this property and build our own estate! Ok so maybe not an estate but maybe someday, for now a GIANT garage will do. We couldn't official buy the property without a perc. test which is for a septic system. Well the test passed!!! Wahooo! Now we cna officially buy the land and starting building in the spring. Looks like Louie and Cheech will have 3 acres to play on!! and maybe their friends Sebago and Zipp too!

Different Plog Post
By: Donna Tocci
www.unbreakable-bonds.blogspot.com
When Jody asked me to write for the Plog, I was flattered…and then panicked. Seriously, what could I contribute to all of you who know so much more about motorcycles than I ever will. But then I started to think…that might just be why Jody asked me to write here every once in awhile. Because I wouldn’t focus on motorcycles all the time. Ah-ha….
I’d focus more on what I’d observe every time I’m down at the Perewitz shop or out and about with them. At one time it seemed like I was there every week and I observed a lot – 50s races in the parking lot, dog stunts (that Zipp-a-roo can jump and spin better than anything!) and met celebrities. I’m not there all the time anymore because life gets in the way sometimes, but when I am you can be sure that I’ll check in here and tell y’all who can’t get to the shop what I see during my visits. Or, who I meet.
So, who was the first celeb that I met there? I’ll tell you the story…..They were shooting last year’s Biker Build Off episodes and one of their popular Bike Nights was being held during the middle of the shooting week. I showed up early to get the Kryptonite tent unloaded and went to see what was going on around back. There was a group of people and I assumed it was all film crew until the a guy who looked very familiar walked by me, heading into the shop…but…nah…Dave would have told me, right? So, I paid no attention until a couple of minutes later Dave sees me out of the corner of his eye, welcomes me with a big hug and asks nonchalantly, “Did you meet Jeremy?” So, it was him! Of course he meant NASCAR driver Jeremy Mayfield. I’m a huge NASCAR fan so I didn’t think that my eyesight was failing me, I just didn’t expect to see him in Bridgewater. But, then I learned that Dave was building him a bike…of course, makes sense now!
Here’s a fun photo from that day…Kings of the Hill.
This week I’ll be down at the Perewitz shop twice (yeah!) so I’ll be sure to check in and let you know what’s going on there, especially with my buddies Zipp, Cheech and Little Louie…and of course Dave, Susan, Jody and the rest of the crew.

On the subject of food
By: Ann Donati @ PPG
Here is my thought for the day.
I think it is interesting that there are certain foods that separate the public into two distinct categories. And more times than not, people have VERY strong views on what their preference is over the other.
For example;
There are Coke people and Pepsi people.
There are Mayonnaise people and there are Miracle Whip people.
There are Crunchy Peanut Butter fans and there are Creamy Peanut Butter fans.
There are coffee fans and there are tea fans.
There are Dunkin Donuts fans and there are Starbucks fans.
There are Budweiser fans and there are Bud Light fans.
And I find that usually, people like one-or-the-other, but not both.
What have I missed? What other foods segregate people to take sides?
Here is to all the Coke, Mayonnaise and Crunchy lovers out there!!
Have a great weekend!

Holiday Eating Tips
As most of you know the Perewitz like to eat so I thought this was appropriate for the holiday season.
1. Avoid carrot sticks. Anyone who puts carrots on a holiday buffet table knows nothing of the Christmas spirit. In fact, if you see carrots, leave immediately. Go next door, where they're serving rum balls.
2. Drink as much eggnog as you can. And quickly. it's rare. You can't find it any other time of year but now. So drink up! Who cares that it has 10,000 calories in every sip? It's not as if you're going to turn into an eggnog-alcoholic or something. It's a treat. Enjoy it. Have one for me. Have two. It's later than you think. It's Christmas!
3. If something comes with gravy, use it. That's the whole point of gravy. Gravy does not stand alone. Pour it on. Make a volcano out of your mashed potatoes. Fill it with gravy. Eat the volcano. Repeat.
4. As for mashed potatoes, always ask if they're made with skim milk or whole milk. If it's skim, pass. Why bother? It's like buying a sports car with an automatic transmission.
5. Do not have a snack before going to a party in an effort to control your eating. The whole point of going to a Christmas party is to eat other people's food for free. Lots of it. Hello?
6. Under no circumstances should you exercise between now and New Year's. You can do that in January when you have nothing else to do. This is the time for long naps, which you'll need after circling the buffet table while carrying a 10-pound plate of food and that vat of eggnog.
7. If you come across something really good at a buffet table, like frosted Christmas cookies in the shape and size of Santa, position yourself near them and don't budge. Have as many as you can before becoming the center of attention. They're like a beautiful pair of shoes. If you leave them behind, you're never going to see them again.
8. Same for pies. Apple. Pumpkin. Mincemeat. Have a slice of each. Or if you don't like mincemeat, have two apples and one pumpkin. Always have three. When else do you get to have more than one dessert? Labor Day?
9. Did someone mention fruitcake? Granted, it's loaded with the mandatory celebratory calories, but avoid it at all cost. I mean, have some standards.
10. One final tip: If you don't feel terrible when you leave the party or get up from the table, you haven't been paying attention. Re-read tips; start over, but hurry, January is just around the corner. Remember this motto to live by:

Garage Girls
Sorry I didn't write! We are really busy yesterday at the shop. Sara Liberte was here from Pittsburgh for a photo shoot. Sara and I are going to be building a bobber at a couple of shows in January and Febuary. So we had people here from the show and also the charity and Mike Keegan our photographer.
It was a busy day and of course the weather didn't help. It was really cold out and snowing and icey. Just a cold wintery day.
You can check out Northeast Motorcycle Expo for more details on the shows. The bike will be raffled off and all the money will go to the Susan G. Komen foundation.
Below are some pictures from the day and also the truck that you have been watching getting flamed!
Before it was striped!
